my rr is playing up again with the eas sank right down on its are again wont go up all lighta flashing fault light on so got hold of a lead and software to solve it but never got any insrtuctions so had ago myself watched a youtube video and now its saying that its not connecting with my laptop or the car anybody any idea pleas

can reset it using original equipment but it means going pecking a nmates head in used it twice already without charging me so that why i bought the set up from ebay its the easunlock got it up and runnin but it will talk to the car but wont retun back to laptop tried everything
The most common fault with the software/cable is the USB Driver for the Serial adaptor (I assume you are using a serial adaptor)
Try changing the Comm Port settings in the EASUnlock software and/or reloading the USB drivers....

Do you get "Good Idle" in green on the EAS screen? If not and you are using a USB to serial or a USB lead off Ebay, you have a comms problem with the computer, you need to check the USB driver for the lead/adapter.
