Ok, found out today that my cruise control doesn't work. When pressing the button on the dash, nothing lights up in the instrument binnacle and the steering wheel buttons don't do anything. Any ideas?
Nothing is supposed to light up on the binnacle....the light tell-tale lamp in the switch does....
Most common is split hoses, unless it is a diesel (you haven't told us) where is is mostly likely the brake switch or rotary coupler....

Yes, it's a V8. I'll look into the split hoses fix. Thanks

Mine was the same. The switch still doesn't light up (tiny bulb inside it) but it was one of the hoses at the T piece had a hole in it. A bit of fuel pipe sorted it. Don't use washer tubing, it'll collapse and restrict all vacuum.

Quick update, as suggested, one of the hoses had a split at the end. I cut the end off and resealed it, all good now! Cheers!
