So....

Journey today Wilmslow to Audenshaw (M56 and M60) I was around 3 miles from my final destination and EAS fault "max 35mph" flashes up - all 4 ride height lights flashing :-( Initially the car didn't drop it was only once I slowed down on the slip road the car dropped onto the bumpstops I crawled into work carparrk slowly and will hook up the EAS software on my lunch break, but this is now the third time :-( what should I be checking??

Fault codes first, as it went to a hard fault straight away there should be something logged.

It would be a really good idea to list the faults don't you think. My crystal ball is away for polishing.

Normally I would post up a screenshot, but rushed back to work before I had chance

no faults to report, screen looked the same as last time?

That's knackered it then. Don't have a bloody clue then "Vehicle has moved" just means it has dropped. That should not cause an hard fault. An hard fault would normally mean something has happened that prevents the EAS from working or it has been shut down by the ECU to prevent damage. Have you ever had water leaking in from the passenger side pollen filter. If you have, there is a bundle of wires under there with splices in them that relate to EAS. Maybe corrosion in those.
Could also be a dicky selector switch.

Only "Vehicle has moved" on screen Ant. Good comms lock.

Yup comms is good

Never had any water in the passenger or drivers footwell, but will have a good look around for any damage to the looms

If that is the case my first look would be at selector switch. If all the lamps were flashing at the same time it's trying to go everywhere at once. That is enough to shut the ECU down.

For a few quid worth a try and a lot cheaper than a driver pack. But if it was driver pack, i would expect lots of fault codes to appear. Don't think there is any fault code relating to selector switch.
