a mate of mine won an auto locking Kaiser diff on ebay, wants me to fit it for him at the weekend. just wondering if anyones using one at the mo or had any experience of them. any good?

Nice one!
Makes more sense to me to have auto locking/ limited slip diffs, than air lockers.
Another sent of pipes under the vehicles to damage, installing airpump and all that crap. Wouldnt be arsed m'self

I take it it's going in the front axle, Vince?

24 spline?

cos' I keep breaking 10 spline rear diffs on mine...I've seen one or two 10 spline limited slip diffs been thining about and wonder how long the ****e 10 spline rear half shafts will last.
Front has never been a problem

that's cos your a rough lady with a size 13, or was it 14? never broke a shaft, 10 or 24. had one diff let go but had been chattering for ages. it's a 24

so you saw that thread then? Good wasn't it. And googling company reviews since, there's a really nice one appearing at the top about good service, dated shortly after my incident...amazing the internet trolls are out there!
