Right folks got hold of 1 shiny EGR blanking mod, plan to fit it today but before i start what is the pipe that needs to be blocked off that everyone is talking about when i look through recent threads on here my bypass mod has a connector for the small pipe that attached to the original EGR valve!

Right folks got hold of 1 shiny EGR blanking mod, plan to fit it today but before i start what is the pipe that needs to be blocked off that everyone is talking about when i look through recent threads on here my bypass mod has a connector for the small pipe that attached to the original EGR valve!

The connector on the bypass is the blank for the vacuum pipe, just push it on. If you end up with the duck noise, which I didn't, you will have to plug the pipe somewhere else, a search will tell you where.

Excellent thank you for your help can't wait to get it fitted,just knowing that my intake won't be full of sludge/dirt gives me great pleasure

one last warning for others who try this messy job......... make sure your dog is inside mine wasn't and he decided to help me clear up
