3.9 V8 EFI 90 RRC runs fine when I get up to 60 ish or just general higher speed if I lift off i.e. coasting I get an immeadiate noise (whining whirring grinding noise) and as soon as you apply the right foot again it stops..

At low speeds I either don't get it or its not loud enought to notice

Almost like it does not like coasting in drive gear with no accelerator applied....

Anything anyone has seen before ???

Diff pinion bearings on their way home. Think you need to get under it and have a look.

Yeah possibly but you expect noise/vibration all the time from a U/J to some degree.

Will have to get it looked at as soon as I can or SORN it for a few months or may sell it as the wife's Bora has just took me for £440 on drive shafts and bearings.
