Hi on the eas on my p38 the exhaust on the valve block ther is small leak all the time i put my finger over the exhaust and the compressor tone changers and it will not go up i have checked the exhaust vallve and that looks ok ( not sticking ) !!!!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!!

That will be a leaking diaphragm valve then. Time to overhaul the valve block. you can get the bits from symlise on ebay (no connection)

that was quick thanks didnt think it would be that easy to identify thanks again

If there is air leaking from the exhaust it is the usual culprit. Easy enough job, just need to be clean and careful. If there are any white powder deposits in the valve block, replace the air dryer as that is a sign of the dessicant breaking up.:)

got it sorted bit of sh@ stuck in the diaphragm i have ordered a full seal kit to do the job thanks for the help

If there are bits floating around in the valve block they are probably from the dryer, good idea to replace it when you do the block:)
