Hi,

Testing the water on this one to see if there is any interest in my TD5 GS discovery 2.

It silver metallic and has

7 seats
Climate Control
Cruise control
5 disc CD changer
Automatic

Shows just shy of 196,000 on the clock but the owner before me swapped the engine about 16,000 ago with one that had only done about 30k when he got it so less than 50k on a TD5 engine. The body has seen a few tree branches.

Tax till August
MOT till July

I know one of the front fogs need a bulb and it has a leak which I think is the FPR. I have been driving the V8 and not had time to replace the FPR so it comes with that fault.

Something has to go so its this or the V8.

had a td5 90 (till i pranged it ) absolutely awsome off-road ya can keep yer v8's

Not sure the D2 would be soo good offroad without the difflock in the 90.

V8 has the most amazing sound

it has a diff lock on the transfer box but is not connected to anything
a mate had 1 a while back and had to do a main gearbox swap on it and low and behold the diff lock linkage is there but as they have traction control dont need it on the D2

and the v8 thats all its got for me is a sound (but i do prefer the sound of the 5 pot tbh) and the mpg is probably twice that of the v8

Yeah, why did they leave it if they thought it wasn't required with the new traction control? I believe you can get a kit to put the linkage back.
