would a steering box from a disco 300tdi fit a defender 200tdi

i fitted a td5 steering box onto my 200 tdi, all fits, but disco to defender i think you need to change the steering arm as well

different drop arms from defender and disco, but box is the same

bolts straight in without problem its the same box if yours is 4 bolt ,may need to swap drop arm or drag link to suit ,defnders use ball joint in drop arm later discos have ball joint in drag link ,which is much easier to change
