[P38 Phil]

Hello.

Since the weekend my P38 has started to pop up with 'Rear Windows Off' on the dash board LCD screen. All my windows work, so I'm unsure what this fault code is meant to be informing me of.

Has anyone had this appear to them before. It reappears every time I restart the car, but then disappears when my 'Select Neutral' fault comes up (i'm hoping to sort this one out, when the replacement transfer box motor arrives)

I think it may be telling you that the rear windows have been isolated by the switch on your centre console and cannot be operated with the rear door switches.

It maybe an alternative for "Windows not set" Or "Anti trap off". Roll windows down in one movement then back up in one movement and hold in up position for a few seconds. That should set anti trap.
