Where did you get your MAF sensor from?
Need a new one for mine. Shall invest in some of the tools people have spoke about as well.
Hi singvogel, the synergy2 is a remap right?
If so I'm already running a twisted performance one. I just need the new maf sensor.
Who is the person who sells them?
Thanks for your help.

Hi , sing lenth is 20mmThat's exactly the set that Rover Ron includes with the Synergy and Pierburg kit.
What I'm looking for are the actual screws themselves, as I hacksawed slots in the originals to get them out years ago, before I got the Synergy2.
They are now a bit 'rough' and look like cr*p.
Who sells the 5 star screws?
Here are the 6 pointed ones:
eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace
I reckon to replace with these - anyone confirm the length? I don't want to have to strip everything down just to get the length.
Lots of sizes on eBay.

DITO !Thanks for that Ian.
I think I'll replace them with the 6 spoke torx screws from eBay.
Nobody seems to be selling the 5 spoke ones except by the 100 piece box.

Any thoughts on which Synergy 2 to buy. Looking on Ron's site the 2A seems the best choice but would the max BHP option be the best choice ? or can I expect injector failure etc.
Many Thanks
Many thanks Singvogel I'll try the 2A with the max BHP for £255 and see how it goes. Unlike you I only cover about 3000 miles per annum so doubt if it will ever pay for itself but having the extra umph should be interestingHi Nick,
I've tried all the settings on the 2a - the 'Jeremy Clarkson' setting of #10 is just not needed. After experimenting with the Synergy on motorways, mountain roads, and in general driving, I found setting #8 (high torque and medium power) to be the best for me.
I don't know what would happen to the injectors if you used #10 and thrashed the engine. I rarely rev much above 3000rpm.
The dash switch is great for economy - I drove about 7K using the Synergy without it, but after another 4K now find it is an essential part of the total Synergy package.
Being able to choose between higher power and the dedicated 'eco' settings at the flick of a switch is a great step forward as my FL fullfils the dual role of long-distance motorway cruiser and a 'load-lugger'. That of course is why I bought it in the first place.
Hope this helps you decide.
