Hi, can anyone tell me please what a sankey trailer hitch is rated at. I know the sankey is rated at 3/4 of a ton, but that really is one heavy duty hitch. I did read somewhere once that they are rated at 3500kg , can anyone through any light on the subject please.

I do believe the 'nato' hitch is indeed rated at 3500kg

Do you mean the hitch on the trailer or the hook on the landrover ? Its the hitch on the trailer im trying to find the rating of.

Yes, the hitch on the trailer. They are the standard nato hitch rated for trailers of 3500gtw.

Don't take that as gospel, but if memory serves..... it's correct.
