Cheapskate.
If you read the mags then theres millions of places there that sell tyres, most deliver too. If your not using it on the road much then get some extreme mud terrains like Insa Turbo Special Track but be prepaired to break diffs and spin halfshafts regularly. For a good on/offroad mix look at Kumho KL71's, great on and off with an aggrerssive pattern. Or even AT's, lots out there.
If you need to increase ground clearance, tall tyres, suspension lift and body lift will all do it in different ways. Tall tyres will need more in arch clearance but will give more diff clearance. Bodylift will bring tyres away from body but not increase diff clearance. Suspension lift will again bring body away from tyres and can give more articulation.
Too taller tyres will bring on bodywork scrubbing. Too wide and they'll need wider wheels, they'll catch on front arms and you will lose steering lock. Wheel spacers or adjusting stop locks are options. Going for a too bigger suspension lift will ruin props, you'll also need longer brakelines etc. Going too tall on a bodylift will need more stuff modding, seatbelt mounts and rad mounts seem to be troublesome.
Its an absolute minefield out there so have a look at what other people have done, theres lots of threads on here asking similar questions.
If you had £1k to spend on stuff go for some 265's on and a 2" lift.

No worries.
forget the lift - not worth it.
