I've snapped the bleed hose connector from the top of my rad (p38 4.0).

Can I run the car or will is pee coolant?

What about if I temporarily bung it up?

its there to clear any air locks so if you just bung it up eventualy the rad will fill up with air
as a temp repair try aralditeing it back together. just try not to block the hole mabey put a straw or somthing inside to stop the glue filling the hole
