Seriously bad idea. Change them all to the same size quickly & put your new ones on the back & used on the front.

Yep yer need to buy new tyres so you have all the same. As above new on rear, part worn on front. Or new all round. You may be able to get 2 the same as 2 you already have. Same make, same model, same size.
Yer tyres are 22mm difference in diameter, if they were all new.

How long have yer bin driving wiv yer tyres like this? You may like to do the one wheel up test below, ta check yer vcu, as it's been under eggstra stress. Thats a big hint for yer as yer hippo may go bang.

didnt you remove the prop in April cos of a knackered IRD?
I did, it was like that when I bought it, guess the mismatch probably caused the failure. I've fitted a replacement IRD and got a new VCU. Was thinking of putting the prop on this weekend when I noticed the tyre sizes. Good job I noticed otherwise I would have had another knackered IRD. I wonder if it was deliberate or just a mistake though.
