I always wonder about the trade off between false economy and doing a job twice

If when I have them apart they look iffy I'll do the pair - just means the wife will have to use her own car to get to the stables for 2 weeks whilst I order the parts in

Don't worry about the CV joints when doing the swivels. Check them by all means but you don't need to touch the swivels to do the CV joints at a later date.
