that is a confusing question/statement. It is full time 4x4 yes all your diff lock does is send 25% power to each wheel when its engaged - by locking the diff. where as it sends power to all wheels that have grip usually.
Never drive on tarmac or a majorly grippy surface with your diff lock engaged, you will damage it.
it wont do any harm if a prop is removed.

Or locking diffs on each axle.And it isn't sending 25% to each wheel either. It is sending 50% to the front and 50% to the rear. How it is then distributed to each wheel is dependant on traction. If a wheel looses traction it will then gain all of the power unless you have traction control.
