You know when everything is going to plan and then it turns round and bites you on the arse..... :mooning:
So there I am thinking I'm all ready for my annual trip to Le Mans she's been serviced, air-con filled, new brakes I even hoovered out the boot!!!!

I was just on my way back from work and I got a waft of that sickly sweet smell of coolant upon inspection I found a tiny pink tear of coolant on the screw bottom of the heater... :doh:

Now I have a choice do I rip the interior apart and try and get it done by Thursday or do I take my chances that it wont blow?

What would you do?

And scrapping it is not an option....

can't you clamp the inlet hose off or cut and plug the supply hose

what a good idea , but join in/out together cutting out heater matrix

I'm one step ahead of you guys I've made up a copper pipe just in case.
If my luck holds I wont need it...
