I know I have asked this before but just want to re check. There looks to be two hoses coming from the power steering res. One of mine looks flat and maybe it's collapsed. Could one of you chaps when you get chance, check to see if yours is the same. I wondered if this was why my steering is heavy. Well compared to my dad in laws disco it's really heavy.

A couple of years ago an overzealous MOT tester decided to make my slightly flattened hose an advisory -much to my annoyance. It was suggested that I take the car to a local LR main dealer for an opinion.
I ignored their comments but made sure a year later I used a different MOT station where the advisory disappeared.

thanks chaps, i just thought a pipe being flat goes against normal rules. however my worries have been settled.
