Yea its an air leak.....but where is the join or valve at the rear, i cant find it. Ive found the air tank.

I dont fancy laying under the car as it lowers.

How do i solve this?

Try using a jack. There are no valves at the rear.only the air line connections at the top of each airspring. You may have an airbag leaking it self or where the airline enters the bag.

It's also been on here that people have had damaged air lines if the exhaust has dropped at all where it goes over the axle.

The tank is only connected to the valve block. If your airbags are original, they are the most likely cause of an air escape.

If it is 'only sometimes' then the only things on the suspension at the back of the car that change are the bags. One of yours has probably got a leak where it folds.

I'll try and use the soapy water method over the air bags this weekend as I will have more time.

Thanks to all who gave me a sensible reply.

Mile.
