its my first time taking apart a land rover i have a 1979 88, does anyone know of any guides to help me along either videos or written

i see there's a haynes manual available but didnt really want to buy one then realise its not much good as im not the best at following the haynes manuals.

looking for an idiots guide really hehe if anyone can help id much appreciate it

i doubt the guides will be much use anyway as most of this car has been put back together in such a way nothing is by the book.

its the wings im struggling with i cant see how there bolted on i cant even find the bolt heads, wont be surprised if its stuck on with no more nails everything else seems to be

il keep plugging away sure il get there in the end

This may help, it's for a modern 90 but I'd be surprised if the wings didn't come off the same as a series once you get the wheel arch trim off:
