Funnily enough Sandy he was working at Term 2 bout a Month ago (Every Month 2 Engs go "South") its my Pauls turn next week (hes doing a strip down & flush out on the Under Pitch Heating at Wembley staduim)
"Bath Boy" ****ed up Terminal 2 as well .....left 35 air heaters (out of 53) off coz he re connected the Enviromental controls the wrong way round...(he had them coming ON when the outside temp reached 25 degress instead of going OFF!!!!!

Ain't that just a good example of UK weak management again, yes the bloke in the bath is a selfish tosser, but why do the management let him get away with it? If he had been one on my "on call" engineers" he would have got a warning the first time and the sack the second time. Total waste of space. As for British Gas not giving Claw a job cos of his age, if thats the real reason, go for them on age discrimination, it's illegal.

Yeah had some graduates apply for training in my business, a fair proportion of them were as much use as wet toilet paper when it came to diagnosing faults or using their initiative.
Another UK management failing, they prefer a bit of paper that say's a 2.2 in media studies than someone with obvious hands on skills.
