Depends how far away you're standing...more than a foot, yes.

Yep 205's will undoubtedly look ridiculous on a 110. Either 7.50 R16 or 235/85/16 should be the minimum size you are looking at.

i parked betty next to another 110 in car park the other day, guy had 205's on it and it was noticably lower than mine which is on 750's they didnt look right at all! also bear in mind your speedo will be out with the small ones
