Have ye ventured further afield yet and tried the likes o' Rascarrel bay and Balcary bay yet? Need plenty o' weights etc fur Rascarrel as it's pretty rocky!

I've fished off burrowhead and the mull of galloway, been all the way down to the lighthouse at the end of the mull and have found a beautiful spot just off the dirt track on the way to the lighthouse.I lovely bay with some good fishing off the point.I got an 11lb pollock ther last year

Nice one When ye say about the spot off the dirt track.. is that the one on the right just over the cattle grid (West Tarbet)?

Thats it....thru the metalgate and down into the bay..where the big metal tank is......and the cave behind it or should i say the toilet behind it...Had some cracking fish off there on the float

@cbrr3........Will have to bribe the MOT tester to get the number plate to pass lol.

@ Dave thebiglad....yep its the v8 on lpg. I don't know whether she was for sale by a member on here,i bought her from a Landrover specialist in Lincolnshire.
With regards to mpg on lpg...i'm getting 160 miles round the doors,out of a tank of gas and i refill her when she gets down to 1 green light showing.Refil costs me £28,that works out at equivilent on petrol to 30.77mpg...actual on lpg is 16.2 mpg.
So as you can imagine i'm not complaining as my 1995 Disco 1 2.0 mpi only got 150 miles round town on the same amount of lpg and that was running it till the lpg ran out.
