Hi all,

I have a 93 Disco and could do with some advice please.

My immobiliser and alarm don't work, (changed the batteries) horn, head/rear/side lights don't work.
The hazards don't work either, but I can only use the indicaters if the hazard button is pushed in. That also seems to be the only way to start it too!

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

Replace the lefthand indicator stalk.

Have you also checked the fusable links that are located in the wiring harnes by the battery??

If memory serves a 93 Disco does not have the fusible link box-it was fitted later

A 200tdi has the fusible links, thats what I would be looking at as well.

I had a similar sounding problem on a '93 Tdi 200 and it turned out to be knâckered ingnition switch.

Easy and cheap to rectify - only took about 5 mins and all came back to normal.

many thanks for the advice. Will get a new stalk and give that a try. Sorry I came straght on without an intro. I will put that right as soon as I can.

Your right, that came with the 300 series and they are in the engine bay fuse box.
