What tyres would you fit
I have Michelins syncrons on now done about 50,000 they have been very good for me on and off road even with trailer on.
Is there anything better that will do moore miles, some say BFG are v good.
They all seem to be within £20 of each other.

i strongly belive that Michelins are the best and last very long . i had a set on my D 2 for 5 years and sold the disco with them and never had any prob.

Pirelli Scorpions on ours, if you go up to the largest size (assuming you're not already there, and your wheel rims are 8J) then you'll find they will last longer.

255/65-R16 is the largest standard fit, Pirelli's were a factory-supplied tyre.

I've got the new bfg mud km2's and would give them 10 out of 10. Great off road and quiet on it. Don't use any more fuel than at's. Worth thinking about anyway.
