    Webasto parking heater is in!!

It's quite easy to explain why: Imagine getting into a warm car on a cold winterday - you don't have to use lot of time scraping snow of the windows - You just turn the key.... and off you go! I simply love my Webasto preheater! Once you've had a car with a preheater you'll never have one...

    Coolant level in my RRSC

I would take to a dealer ASAP - an eventual waterloss can lead to overheating and failure. a garagr can make a pressuretest of the coolantsystem - It's better to get it checked now - if something is wrong and the car is still under warranty - you'll have fixed for free!

    New engine or new headgaskets?

I'm only interested in getting the engine in situ fixed - or getting another 4.6 V8 long engine - the important thing is that it is legal and fits my car without any modifications - I'm simply looking for the best cost/benefit solution. getting top hat liners in the current engine is not...

    New engine or new headgaskets?

So you suggest that I scrap the old engine and get a new long engine - if I have to get a new one I suppose that this is the way to go.... When I google "coscast" - some say: "yes the only true way to go" and others say top hat liners - I'm truely confused - need to get the car running soon...

buying a td6 what to look for

The autoboxes in the dieselpowered L322 Range Rovers are from GM - and from what I've heard they are not known for their reliability ... I've seen poeple mentioning fuelinjectors, fuelpumps etc. The 3liter engine feels a bit underpowered - and IMO far too loud- sounds like an old diesel to...

    P38 on Black Hurricane Alloys.

As long as you know you're going to send a completely different message: black car with black wheels. On rangerovers.net there are several users who have done that "mod" - most 16" rims with some kind of off-road tyres and that looks sort of ok - for a yellow, black, white or silver P38 -...

    Range rover or Disco 3

Switzerland - then there's no doubt in my mind - a Range Rover - and I'd go for a petrol V8 without supercharger - or maybe a TDV8 - that diesel is simple made by genious engineers and a dash of divine intervention - POWER!!! and decent fueleconomy... don't go for the 3.0 TD6 - it's slow...
