Hi, I've been reading the forum looking for info on tyre size. My local garage says I can get some 235/85/16 to put on my disco. It does have a 2" lift and will be used 20% on road and 80% off. I'm not going for a wider tread pattern but for the height, will these give me problems?

Handle is completely free and I have disconnected it from inside. Door is in alignment. If I open the door and use a screwdriver to act as a strikeplate so the door would be closed and locked neither handle will work and I have to lift the catch on the locking mechanism.

Have removed the child lock to ensure that it wasn't fouling the lock. getting very frustrated with it.
