hi chaps just thought ide reply to say thanks for your advice.Ive done all things suggested even replaced the wire from oil pump to fuel injector pump (solanoid). the only thing i havnt done is clean tank.Which leads to my next question,on removing sedimentor(i unbolted the 11 mil bolt on top)...

hi all I wonder iff anyone can advise me.I was out this morning servicing my discovery(1993 200 tdi) I took off the top intercooler pipe' and noticed there was some oil in it. Is this normal.There does'nt seem to be loads. the engine runs very well and does'nt lack power. thanks.
