Mine is still doing this as well, l posted on your old thread months ago, but l don't think its to do with the turbo. What l've found is, if you switch the ignition on and push the throttle to the floor and back once, then start the engine it has the same reduced power effect as flooring it...

Have you had any luck sorting this out yet, mine went in for service the other day, l told them about this but they couldn't find anything wrong.

l have the same problem with mine, its seems to go into low range mode if l take it over 40 mph in 4th. lts been like it for some time now.

Yes l did, l've got that diff lock evo 1 in it now.

Yeah l changed the oil a few weeks ago and l think it does come to rest at 3rd/4th.

l'm having trouble selecting 1st and 2nd gear after l've been sitting in traffic for a while, the gear stick feels stiff as if it binding a bit. lts the same even with the engine off, if l tap\bash it to the left it then goes in ok, its as if its not moving over to the left enough to select 1st...

l think l've sorted this, l took the EGR whats it off and gave it a good clean, bloody dirty job, but it seems a lot better now. l dont get a flat spot as l pull away on low revs in traffic any more.

l tried some of that, l cant say l noticed any diffrence. l think all the people raving about it must of had old **** oil to start with.

When my td5's enigine is cold it pulls really well, you have to hold it back, but as soon as it warms up it seems a bit flat like its holding back. Cheers Rich

Are you sure the pump doesn't need calibrating for road use.

ls the clutch adjustable, l seem to remember something like this with mine years ago. Might be worth a look. Rich

l remember when l got my first landy, a s11a diesel, after getting it home l dumped out the front and didn't go near it for the best part of a week, but after that you couldn't get me out of it. Hope you have as much fun in your as l did mine. Rich

l'm not sure where it was now, you'll see it if you get under there, its only a little thing and l can't see how it would make that much noise. The only other thing l done was to pull some cables about on top of the gearbox to make sure everthing was tight and gave the handbrake drum a bash...

Mine hasn't done it for 3 days now :confused: which is good, but l'm just waiting for it to start again all the time. There is a little heat sheild which l read about that can make a noise, l did have a mess about with that, but that seems to easy.
