I was under the impression that the tank had 2 pumps inside one to feed the high pressure pump and the other to transfer fuel over to that pump!

So if that’s a fuel pump, why when there’s one in the tank?

I had a 109 with a V8 , had a custom radiator built, this is 30 years ago, however it was about 50 % more than a standard rad to buy but never had any problems.

In my defence, it wasn’t stuck, just **** poorly adjusted by the moron who fitted it! ( strangely, not me this time)

300 TDI with R380 I’m assuming

So the only other thing that’s different is the transfer box. Not that I can see how that would affect it though.

Ok all, done the gearbox stall check and the fuse draw check both are within the guidelines given, also cleaned the RED plug on the ECU , small amount of oil but nothing major. Plugged in Delphi diagnostic kit and no codes and no improvement. It’s really starting to annoy me now
