hey mate dont have a welder thats why am messing about with it making it safe and yes winch has an isolator on bonnet next to snorkel and key is kept on my keys :)

Well after trying different ways my way is still good as the winch won't go in to free spool under tension so it's jammed down now until you release the pressure then you can put it in free spool

if you find some were in durham let us know as a need to find some were close to home hate traveling miles away am in south shields

My version of security was free quick and easy, let a couple foot out and wrap the wire around the winch couple times and hook it to the frame and then winch it in and watch it all tighten up solid and then i removed the 4 bolts and that isnt going any were fast :)
