I fitted one to my old L200, I used a wifi one so no need to run cables, were cheap enough on EBay from what I remember

EGR/manifold clean was first job I did when I bought my Td4, a job made easy thanks to Arctic2's 'how to..' Cheers

I've had batteries die very suddenly, an old battery that seems to working ok (not noticing any issues with it) then suddenly proper dead, often throwing up weird electrical anomalies on the way! I'd definitely try and get hold of a multi meter and check it if you can

Thanks Nodge, yeah, you're right, it's Cairns blue. Bought the rims of flea bay, £42 for the 5 (bargain!) and refurbed them myself in satin black. I think they look better than the original alloys it came with...

Cheers fellas, Mines a 2006 Td4 and the OBD reader seems to work well with my iPad via wifi, connects easily and displays live data and fault codes but only the basics as it's the free app, need a paid one if I want to clear DTCs etc It's £7.99 for the paid up version of the one I tried or...

Hi there, just got myself an ELM327 wifi OBD2 gizmo. I'm using it on my iPad/iPhone so need an iOS app. I've just tried it with the EOBD-Facile app, the free version with limited functionality and it seems to work well but I obviously need to get the paid version to access all the features...
