    MOT fail on

Went around the lights today - Hazards on and the main headlamps in the on position, hte main lights turn on and off every 2 blinks of the hazards. I removed the bulbs one at a time with no change until I got to the rear offside indicator light. Removing that indicator bulb stopped the problem...

    MOT fail on

    defneder wiper motor??

You could remove the gear cog in the motor housing being sure that it is in the parked position - which means removing the spindle circlips carefully - then place it back in with the arm that's attached to the cog in the opposite position so it matches the photo (on page 2) if that makes...

    defneder wiper motor??

if its exactly the same and the motion is the same then it should work the same which indicates your doing something different. When i put my cable into the motor the gear was positioned in the park position as per this image from busters tutorial...

    defneder wiper motor??

Have you checked that you have got the correct wiper motor and not one for a left hand drive - I just replaced mine and came across that when searching for a cheap motor! You could also compare your new motor with your old motor that the part No & visible wire colour sequences match!

Another odd noise / vibration question

That's why I put standard suspension back on, on mine. The radius arm and the trailing arm (if that's correct) will be at the incorrect castor angle too - have a look at your rubber bushes and you most likely will see what i mean unless cranked arms have been fitted to suit the suspension. So...

    Roll out bed

If I were to do it for my 110 hardtop id do it in ply, 3 cuts lengthways and hinged so it can fold out the way and 3 rectangles made from 2x2 to support between the wheel boxes and a foam roll on top and a tarp to throw over the vehicle to keep the rain out:)

Another odd noise / vibration question

mine did that, but previous owner had put 2" lift - so changed it back to standard and the noise has gone - all the angles on the propshaft were wrong. he said he had replaced one of the uj's so I suspect i'll have to fix that too  just be methodical and you'll find the cause!

I had similar problem with mine. I was driving along and lost brakes completely -foot down to the floor - Nothing! pumped it - nothing. Lucky I wasnt going fast and was just returning home!
