Hi If it's grey / black and under load it could be a lose of turbo boost pressure ie split hose / intercooler. My td5 had these symptoms + a lose of low down torque. The intercooler had split.

You can get them now for £50 new on ebay as for quality. So far so good time will tell. No probs in fitting as long as you have a 3/4 knuckle bar As the hub nut is very tight and I have previously broke a 1/2 knuckle bar.

Hi If you need the valve block and levelling sensor let me know I have them on ebay at min but would sell them to you at a v low price with you being a landyzone member. Put personally I would convert back to coil springs for reliability.

Ah the dreaded air suspension !!!! They are very troublesome and can let you down a lot. Got fed up with mine sitting it's ass on the floor. So converted Back to coil spring £60 for the kit cheaper than any repair on the air suspension and won't let you down.

Hi I drove my Disco 120 miles with a nsr air bag blown it was fine on the bump stop. I just made sure that the tyre was not rubbing on the arch. But obviously I can't recommend that just thought it might be helpful to hear that someone has done it. PS when you can go back to spring.
