Yes tighten to spec then 90 degrees
In reality you will need the crank locking tool and a 6 foot tube to go on your breaker bar to even get close to that
You will almost certainly need the special tool to get the crank pulley off too
Last few I've done up ft with my dealt impact gun turned...

Easy enough to swap along as you can get the old one out
You'll loose very little coolant

That would make sense
I've a spare bulkhead that I could repair and have galved but it's the internal rust that I can't see that worries me

Just put my finger through the footwear on my bulkhead ( next to lower door hinge)
I could repair it (again) but I've looked at galv bulkheads
I wouldn't touch shielder after the chassis they once sent me !
SP are the cheapest but it says in the ad they aren't the best and may need some...

Steering wheel used to shake like mad on mine
Just start with the easy things like removing prop and checking / swapping wheels
I've seen some props where the uj was all but ready to fall off and they didn't vibrate
Badly balanced wheels tend to show between 50-60 mph and after that they...

Vibrations or death wobble ?
My 90 would shake violently at around that speed and if I hit a pot hoke
No noticeable play in panhard rod bushes but once I changed them the problem stopped

To test ,earth out wire in engine bay to engine block ,if wiring and gauge are OK gauge will go to top
I recently had to fit a new sender to mine

Fitted a new battery which helped hugely with starting
I've also fiddled with injection pump timing ,having settled on advancing it quite a bit and smoke has massively reduced
Hope to get a better go at it at the weekend
