Hi..I'm new to Landyzone and landrover, I have just bought a very nice Freelander 1 HSE with all the extra's, the only fault I have found to date is with the Harman Kardon sound system where only one of the 150mm door speakers work, this may be a well documented problem (I don't know) but on checking the speakers I found that the cones were jammed and when trying to buy replacements a lot of them were also in the same condition. The problem lies with the adhesive which fixes the magnet to the speaker basket, when the adhesive fails ( I know not why) the magnet moves sideways and jams the speech coil so that only high frequency sounds can be heard. Does anyone know if this problem was resolved as replacement with the same type of speakers will eventually give the same problem again....(I hope i'm not boring every one)
