does the 300 tdi have a timing belt if so how often does it need replaced

thanks andy thats great blew money on a freelander last year and dont want to end up that way again nor do i want to spend a lot of money only do about 2000 miles towing caravan

hi think it can lock radio if you try entering too many times i have quite a few decoder programmes some work better than others

doesnt seem to be losing water i have been removing cap to make sure is this a bad thing to do... head gasket has become a bit of an obsession with me!!!! doesnt have air con .. also forgot to mention this gurgle only started about a week ago ...read a thread about running for 10mins without cap...

hi all i have a freelander 1.8 ,,head gasket was done around 10000 miles ago i now have a gurgle pass. side behind dash... only seems to happen when starting from cold, have i caused this by constantly removeing expansion cap to check water level or is this the start of more trouble???
