Could I remind people about bringing along any prizes/ donations to LZ12.

All the money raised by the raffle will be going to this years chosen charity - The Air Ambulance.

If you're not able to attend the event in person but would still like to donate a prize they would all be gratefully received and appreciated- please contact one of the event organisers to arrange .

Following on from the last couple of years we're still doing our charity cake sale so any donations of cakes or biscuits for the weekend would be great

Cheers :)

Land Rovers or Heavy Metal?? One day I hope to make it to a LANDYZONE weekend. Booked for TANKFEST 2016 The Tank Museum, Bovington, Dorset, BH20 6JG same weekend we have to book accommodation 12mths in advance to ensure our favourite pub.
Will not be short of a few Land Rovers on display either.
Hope you all have a Gr8 weekend LANDYZONE ;)

I suppose my boys would go if there were a computer game called
"World of Land Rovers" as they play "World of Tanks" & just missed a free place in USA World Championships.
Just wish they would learn some spannering & help service our Disco1 & Disco 2.
Any budding computer programmers need a project?
(WoT sponsors a Tankfest section & they can get goodie bags & rare tank codes to play on-line.)

Whilst Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire don't have say the drama of the landscapes of Wales, Yorkshire, Derbyshire, The Lakes etc nor the complexity and challenge of driving...I have to say today was packed from beginning to end with beautiful English countryside and pretty villages.

The guys doing the planning of the routes have done a cracking job so far...really looking forward to LZ12:)

Well I got paid today as I'm sure have some of you on here too.

LZ12 is four weeks today so come on chaps , get your wallets out and get booking - you know it's gonna be a goodun :)

How many tickets left? Can we see some sort of ticket ccountdown at the top of the thread.

I am trying to persuade the missus she really wants to spend the weekend with a bunch of people who spend more time fiddling with their Landy than I do!

Anybody that's travelling down from the North will now have to leave the M6 at junction 1 and follow the A426 towards Lutterworth then follow signs for Stanford Hall, this is due to big changes at cathorpe interchange on the M6

If you click onto the get ticket button on the link for the tickets in the first post it has a countdown which gives you an up to date tally . We started off with 200 tickets for sale but that was just a random figure plucked from thin air. If 250 of you want to pitch up then the more the merrier.

Looks like I'll have to leave the M1 at junction 20 after all. Thanks for the 'heads up'

Ticket bought. I'll come on my own.

I assume there is some sort of private bar for the Range Rover owners so they don't have to mix with the riff-raff? :) :) :)

Yes, you'll find it hidden behind the Portaloo sign. Ignore the smell, that's just the camouflage:D:p
Glad you're coming along, and I'm sure your missus would have enjoyed it, there's quite a few other non-landy owning wimmins coming, Mrs. FL for one. See you there!

Can't make this year. Had to leave booking a ticket untill the last minute due to a work restructure and now she's gone and booked me doing something else. Shame really coz little'un really enjoyed last year and was up for it again for the 3rd year. We was even talking about taking the disco aswell this year and doing proper lanes aswell as the gaylander
