TD5 Discovery 2 Brake Sieze

I recently (2 weeks ago) changed the pads on my Disco. Yesterday, I drove down a lane touched the brakes and the front right wheel locked. I couldn't drive forward without it skidding but if I reversed it seem to release until the next brake application. I restipped the brakes with no difference, I am no in the process of overhauling the front calipers. I found some corrosion on the pistons but haven't reassembled yet.

Any thoughts would be appreciated,

upto vin 2a999999 they are only £30 for new housing and piston

We had a similar thing with the rear on my dads p38, (same calipers). Replaced flexi brake pipes, pads, discs and calipers, and it was still the same. Cleaned up the carrier and slide pins twice still no change, so i replaced the carrier and problem solved. That was 6 months ago and the problem has never returned.
