right, firstly i bought my disco 300 tdi auto import about 3 months ago its in mint condition thers not even the slightest sign of rust anywhere. I have 2 300s before so i knew what to look for. the car came with no history but was too clean to walk away with 93000 miles on the clock. When i got her i had the timing belt done as well as a full srvice on the engine and auto box and had the egr blanked of. when the cold weather hit it got harder and harder to start it turns over just fine it just wont fire like i said the colder it is the harder to start i have a specialist look at her and the problem seems to be the electronic injector pump but now theres another problem sometimes when you go to start her there is nothing the dash lights up as normal but when you go to turn her there is nothing. is there a way to bypass the imobiliser bearing in mind the diffirent spec of the import models

if you by pass starter relay and turn engine over with a injector nut loose check for diesel as this would show whether ecu is immobilsed or different fault i presume yours is edc .to start when cold timing needs to be spot on crank sensor and temo sender in perfect condition edc fuel system is immobiolised thru ecu while mechanical contolled pump have a spider that can be bypassed ,yours could be ecu or other more simple faults
