Hi all, On my 2001 D2 i have found a spare plug behind my drivers side headlight, I have done a search and the only things i can find is that it may be for headlight motors or the fogs, as mine already has both of these i am at a loss as to what this plug is, has anyone come across this and more importantly does anyone know what it is. thanks

If the plug is mid grey with about 10 wires in it then I have one too.

Simon

The 'Mid Grey' connector with 10 wires in it (all Black), is an Earth Header (C1000)

It's a 10-way female connector, which has all it's pins connected together by a 'header' cap.

This way, the earths from several different devices are connected together to go back to a common earth.

There's a similar earth header behind the LH headlamp (C1001)
