Hi all,

I have found a reasonable looking 50th Anniversary Discovery 1, but just wanted to know what the spec of these cars is and how much they would be worth over a usual GS/XS/ES (whichever they were based on), if anything.

I have googled it and searched on here but can't find any info. As far as I can see they seem to be ES spec just with some fancy blue/green paint - is that it?

Cheers! :)

It's based mostly on the ES and had Boost wheels, passenger air bag was an option and it was supplied in Atlantis Blue metallic paint but White Gold as optional.
Land Rover never disclosed the number built, also you always find that mass production special addition vehicles are not worth much more than the model they are based on.

Seats have the grab handels on the side not solid backs as on the later ES and the passenger air bag is standard on the ES not an option.
The 50 has stainless door sill plates which the ES doesn't but the rest ot the "toys" ie. heated screens, multi cd player, a/c are the same.
