Front seats > grab rail fixing straps (station wagon)

Hi all,

For my 109" STAWAG I am looking for a "original" (as meant in factory standard) solution to fixing the front seats (back rests) to the grab rail.

I have a similar setup as this picture shows:



The Dutch MOT requires them to be "fixed" - and I got a failure on this one.

I have searched the internet for photos extensively - without any luck.

Does anybody know whether these were fixed around the grab rail with similar leather straps as these?



Does anybody have a Landy that has (the original) solution and would be so kind to share a picture? That would be much appreciated.
