Window rubbers

Hi
I've just bought myself a disco 3 and at the bottom of two of the windows the rubber that runs across the bottom of window and top of door has got aload of bubbles/lumps in them has anyone got any ideas of how to get rid of these or replace them!???

They are called "Outer Waist Seals". Not sure about Disco 3's, but for Disco 2's they cost about £60 each. Once they start to bubble, they are pretty much gubbed.
