After my post this morning about my smashed window I have removed the door card to find that the glass is fine and infact the window regulator has fallen to bits. That is why it has dropped a few inches and there was a crushing/grinding noise which I thought was glass.

So now I am wondering if anyone has one of these for a 5 door drivers side electric window.

Had same thing happen to my Hippo 2 months after buying it, luckily it was replaced under the 3 months warranty I got.
Part No is CUH000023, price about £75 from Beamends of Stoke on Trent, not sure about Stealer prices.
