will this pass MOT?

Hey guys I am doing up a 1979 land rover series 3 and have noticed that some bright spark has bolted in foot wells so if they rot it is just a case of unbolting the foot well and bolting in a new one, but it has been standing for 2 years hence the rebuild and I am wondering if the bolted in foot wells will pass the mot when I put it back on the road?

are you talking about the footwells on the bulkhead or the floor plates that attatch to the bottom of the bulkhead

if its the floor plates then yes theyre originaly designed like that

if its actually part of the bulkhead im not sure
