seen this newer style tape player on ebay i think they fitted them from 1999 is that right? mine is Non HK type setup and its a 1997 rr. here is a link, pic is a bit feint but im sure you guys know what type it is.

i hate the look of that stock tape player and they have problems with going faulty, can you get a cd changer for the Non HK unit?

yep,,,, 2 kinds. option 1 is a FM modulator type connects to your ariel socket and you tune your radio into a unused radio station and then its like listening to the radio , but it is CD.
option 2 , if its the philips head unit in there, there will be a cd that is compatable. a quick look threw LRO and most of the adverts sell them for about £60 - £80 quid.
