Why do half a job?

Bought my first LR in Oct and knew there were a few bits to do to it, but just cannot understand people that do half a job

ACE pump had been removed and idler pulley put in it's place but when I took a look underneath the other week I found both torsion bars still fitted.

Replaced them this weekend with passive ARBs and wow, what a difference to the handling!

Next job is to diagnose the three amigos that appeared a week ago
