Yes you'll need different nut's as the alloy wheel ones could damage the steel's.
Plenty available cheaply on ebay Steel wheel nuts

i wouldnt worry about the damage.the main reason to get the right nuts is they wont hold the wheel on!!!!!!!!

Some alloy wheel nuts have the correct taper at the end so that they can be used with steel wheels eg spacesaver spare

my disco came with four free styles and a steel one one the back(i thought they all did? i was told you can use the alloy nuts in an emergency on steel wheel i wouldnt mind looks dodgy :p

I have sorted it now iv'e had the muds put on the alloys.
Thanks for your replies guys i will get some steel nuts when i get around to.
Just looking forward to playing this weekend wife free.lol
